The FEBCO MasterSeries features an innovative design that results in real cost savings, compact designs with shorter lay lengths for tight fitting applications and lower head loss. Available in exclusive N-shape and vertical designs as well as traditional in-line configurations. All three body styles are available in double check, double check detector and reduced pressure assemblies.
Features
- High quality ductile iron for strength and lighter weight
- Choice of cost-saving “N”-shape, revolutionary vertical or conventional in-line design
- Easy to install and maintain with no special tools
- Unibody construction adds strength, reduces weight
- Modular, bottom relief valves reduce maintenance
Up to 80% Shorter
The FEBCO MasterSeries “N” and “V” Shape Models provide the shortest lay-length available. For tight, hard to reach installations, you can disassemble the device into four easy-to-handle parts and reassemble it at the job site. No other product on the market provides this versatility.
The MasterSeries features three body styles (N-shape, split body vertical and in-line) to fit any installation. When you consider the cost of moving a wall, repiping extra fittings and lost “down” time, the right device to fit your installation is key.
- Typical Outdoor Installation Use Up to 80% Less Space
- Typical Indoor Installation Use Up to 40% Less Space

Lowest Documented Headloss
All FEBCO MasterSeries models incorporate the patented VectorCheck® spring loaded check assembly, ensuring the lowest overall head loss at flow rates that count. Each model and size was tested under the standards set by USC.
40% Cost Savings
FEBCO’s MasterSeries® N-Shape Models provide the lowest installed cost available, up to 40% less cost. Fewer fittings are required overall and the patented valve setter replaces expensive, time-consuming thrust block installation. The expense of backflow prevention goes well beyond the initial cost of the device itself. Be sure to include all components, enclosures, incidentals and labor time when pricing your next backflow preventer.
Cost Savings Include:

- Materials: eliminate the need for two elbows, two bolt packs, two valve support stanchions, two thrust blocks and use shorter spools.
- Labor: simplified installations, easier to install, saves time
- Leaks: fewer alignment problems and joint leaks with optional valve setter, Model 611
- Smaller vaults and enclosures mean additional savings
